The sixth round of Gunotsav 2025 has been Scheduled officially from January 6th to February 7th, 2025. The annual state-wide school education quality evaluation program “Gunotsav 2025” will conducted in three phases in over 44,000 schools across all 35 districts and involve a total of nearly 40 lakh students from Class 1 to Class 9.

Gunotsav Assam 2025 Schedule Date
The Schedule for all three phases of Gunotsav has been announced.
Gunotsav Phase I Schedule
The self-evaluation of Phase I will be conducted on January 6, 2025, and the dates of the external evaluation will be January 7, 8, and 9, 2025 covering 11 districts namely Barpeta, Bajali, Karimganj, Kamrup, Karbi Anglong, Kokrajhar, Lakhimpur, Nagaon, Sibsagar, Southsalmara-Mankachar and Udalguri.
Gunotsav Phase II Schedule
The self-evaluation of Phase II will be conducted on January 17, 2025, and the dates of the external evaluation will be January 20, 21, and 22, 2025 covering 14 districts, namely Baksa, Chirang, Charaideo, Dhemaji, Dhubri, Golaghat, Hailakandi, Hojai, Jorhat, Kamrup (Metro), Sonitpur, Tamulpur, Tinsukia, and Westkarbi Anglong.
Gunotsav Phase III Schedule
The self-evaluation of Phase III will be conducted on February 4, 2025, and the dates of the external evaluation will be February 5, 6, and 7, 2025 covering 10 districts, namely Bongaigaon, Biswanath, Darrang, Dibrugarh, Goalpara, Cachar, Nalbari, Morigaon, Dima Hasao, and Majuli.

Please Note: We have found the Phase III dates confusing. The PDF mentions 5,6, & 7 February for external evaluation but the social statement shows 6, 7, & 8 February for Phase III.
